One of the most important steps you can take for your successful fasting experience is to prepare. Not only will you be aligned and ready for the fast, but you’ll enjoy the anticipation of the forthcoming experience.
I created a quick 16-minute video to help you learn how to prepare for the upcoming Daniel Fast. Just click on the link below to learn:
About opening your heart to God and partnering with Him for the fast.
About planning your start date for the fast . . . and your conclusion date.
How to select your purpose for fasting and why it’s so important for your successful Daniel Fast.
About gathering the resources and making plans for your study during your Daniel Fast.
How to plan simple and nutritious meals and why this step is essential if you want a spiritual experience rather than focusing on the food and satisfying the flesh (instead of feeding your soul and receiving from God).
How to sanctify yourself for 21 days and grow in your faith during this powerful spiritual discipline.
By the way, one of the most important steps to take in preparing your body for the fast is taper off caffeine! Start about 10-7 days before the fast begins so that your body is free of caffeine when you start. Also, taper off sugar and processed foods. At the same time, slowly increase the amount of fiber you consume (fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans, etc.). This will avoid physical reactions as your body conforms to the very healthy way of eating during your fast.Â
Please encourage and inspire others by leaving your comments below.Â
Be blessed as you continue to grow in the love and knowledge of Jesus Christ.Â
I am Asian. I am going to try Daniel fast. I am wondering can I use soy sauce and miso? Cause I know they are fermented seasoning.
Yes, although you want to make sure there are no chemicals or sweeteners in either.
Now in 2021 reading comments back from 2011. Just wanted to extend a huge thank you to those dedicated to helping us with our Daniel fast. Your responses are much appreciated!
Thank you so very much, Sabrina.
Our God is so very good and I give Him all praise and thanks for the gift of this work that He’s given me.
I appreciate your encouraging message.
Be blessed on your fast.
I’m not sure why I’m writing. As I’ve read all these messages meant for you, I feel silly. I’ve done these “fasts” for all the wrong reasons…to lose weight. However, this time, I’m in search of something different. For years I’ve been sitting at our church and going home feeling like I’ve done my duty, which is to go to church. I want/need change. I need to be more of Jesus and His disciples. I no longer want to sit still everywhere I go. Look, I know we are not all perfect, but, I also know that at 58 years old, that I can no longer sit still. I truly need change in my body and my spirit.
Dearest Elsa,
Your message is powerful. And I truly believe God is calling out into a deeper and more profound relationship with Him.
So many Christians go “through the motions” and miss out on the essence of the faith. And you’re now seeing that there is so much more, even though you may not know what the “more” is. I am so very happy for you.
I hope you’ll join us in the fast. Your Father has so much for you, Elsa. His arms are wide open and eager for you to come to Him and receive the many blessings and insights He has for you.
Praise God. He’s calling you!
Dear Susan,
As I’m writing you this comment, I’m already thinking of quitting. I’m set to begin tomorrow January 7th. I’ve been struggling with a lot in the last two years. It’s been a whirl wind of happenings in our lives. I’m a single mother of two boys one adult and my youngest is 16. He has been going through a lot and it has taken so much trying to keep everyone from falling apart. In the recent months we’ve experienced many hardships, depression, anxiety and the list goes on. I’m going on this because I want change for our lives, change for my children but mostly internal and emotional healing. May we encounter and find what we are all searching for at the end of our fast.
Thank you,
Susan
Dearest Susan,
Don’t let the enemy keep you from the breakthrough, healing, blessings, and revelations God has for you. Begin today declaring God’s truth over your life and over the lives of your children. Jesus teaches us this principle about our faith: “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done.” Matthew 21:21
What does God say about you? What does the enemy say about you? What do YOU say about you? Change your words to only say what God says, another faith principle taught to us by our Lord.
Be blessed and expect great things from the Lord! He’s there for you!
Dear Susan this is Mr. Solomon. This will be my first year following through. I’ve been on it since January 1st but I’m following these instructions. Thank you for your encouragement
Blessings to you, Mr. Salomon.
I’m so glad you’re with us. Lean into God. Learn from Christ. And receive the many blessings He gained for all who will follow Him.
Peace to you.
Is it too late to begin The Daniel Fast? I am planning to go on the fast in a couple of weeks. The problem is that there are four people in my family and I will be the only one doing this. My purpose for the fast is one of subjection. Too often I give in to what my flesh wants and craves. I have started in the past and have failed. Miserably. I know it’s not about the food, but when you’re hungry, your body wants what it wants. Any suggestions? Is hummus acceptable? I really like it. Thank you
Hi Frances,
You can begin the fast whenever it’s right for you.
Keep in mind that the fast isn’t about the food, but rather about submitting yourself to God. You can learn so much about Him, His ways, and yourself.
Check out this video to learn more about the fast. It’s older, but still sound information: An Overview of the Daniel Fast by Susan Gregory
You have plenty of time to prepare, so that’s great.
I have done the Daniel Fast before with amazing results, I am going through some marriage problems and infidelity might be involved. I’m trying so hard not think about it on a daily basis, because when I found out it really shook me. How can I get through this with the fast? What would you suggest?
Hello Bruce,
I am so sorry for the pain of betrayal you are experiencing. I’ve been there and I understand that feeling of shaking to your very core.
I encourage you to seek your Comforter. He is there for you. He understands betrayal and can minister to you.
This type of betrayal is not an easy thing to navigate. However, on the path to healing is forgiveness. And that also is a process. It took me years to understand how to forgive the one who betrayed me. You can read more about this part of my faith journey by clicking on the link below:
I Finally Was Able to Forgive
You can also see the course that I created to help others: Giving Forgiveness
I hope this helps, Bruce. And one more thing, there are some insights, revelations, and truths we can only learn in those challenging times. I don’t believe they’re from God. They are part of living in this fallen world, but be of good cheer, Jesus has overcome the world and He has healing for you and for those you love.
Be blessed
Dear Susan, I am not new to fasting or to your Daniel Fast for my husband and I have joined and followed your Daniel Fast for several years. But my life has changed, I lost my husband and find myself in a dark place. I feel if I fast God will help me overcome the depression that has taken over my life. I also have fallen sick in my body and I know by fasting I can be healed. I’ve lost my well to change my bad choices in food, for food has been a comfort since my husbands passing which has put my health in jeopardy. I know by fasting I will have a breakthrough but how do I fast for these reasons without feeling guilty that I’m just not fasting to draw closer to God.
Dearest Yvonne,
You’ve been thrust into a whole new part of your life journey. And you are still mourning. My encouragement to you is to see the Lord at your Comforter. Let Him shower you with His love and His presence.
On the practical side of things . . . intentionally take actions that promote joy and laughter in your life. Funny movies. A hobby you enjoy. A good book. A walk in the park. Whatever can sprinkle some joy in your life. Breathe it in. It won’t take away all the pain. But you will bring light into the darkness.
Also, I encourage you to focus your thoughts on all the wonderful memories you have of your husband. Celebrate him. Soak in the goodness and be thankful. Whenever you sense depression knocking at the door of your heart, counter with joy-filled thoughts of your husband. And give thanks for all your husband poured into your life. Celebrate and be glad!
I hope this helps!
Yvonne, This is so brave of you to reach out when you are in darkness. I have been there. I also lost my husband and I was not as brave to reach out as soon as I should have. I waited until I made bad choices to have to overcome all that also. My advice is to reach out to God as your comfort. He was always reaching to me, but I pushed him away. You may find it difficult to feel him in your mourning but he is there. Be gentle with yourself. It is ok to feel sad, it is ok to feel angry, it is ok to feel happy, it is ok to be you and what ever your feels are. You will have ups and downs and it will come when you least expect it. My advice is to join a grieving group but don’t stay there for too long. You will know how long is good for you. We are all different in our process, be ok with that. It is a process, a hard one. You will see light again someday when you are ready. I will be praying for you. I will pray for strength and comfort for you.
Dear Yvonne,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I think it’s okay to fast for multiple purposes. God is not a one dimensional. We are made in his image, accordingly, we are multifaceted beings. When we fast we are excited about drawing closer to God and about the breakthroughs that are coming. Many of us also are excited about cleaning and repairing our temples. God is a powerful, wonderful, understanding, gracious, omniscience Father. He created fasting. He designed it to take care of many dimensions of our being. He is ready to move in multiple dimensions of our lives. You can be excited about multiple aspects of this fast! Try not feel guilt for taking this bold step that can affect so many aspects of your life (I think that’s the Enemy talking). Feel blessed.
Praying for you,
T
Yvonne, I am in the same place you are except my coping mechanism has been to cease eating and become ill. I have two young children and during my separation from my husband, I remind strong in my faith and belief my marriage would be restored. When my wish did not come to fruition, my hope turned to anger and despair. I will begin my fast tomorrow and I’m praying it turns my focus back to my first love, God. That I can immerse myself in thanksgiving for His blessings and grace. I will specifically be praying for you to feel the Holy Spirit engulf you in love and peace. God does His best work when we are lost in the wilderness. Know you are supported and bring uplifted in prayer.
Hi Susan I been doing the Daniel fast for the past 2 years the church I go to Pentecostal spanich church at times I have talked to fellow sister to do the Daniel’s fast some of them have done it with me at beginning of every year I wish all my church would do it but I will keep praying I bought your book of the Daniel’s fasting last year and read it every time I have chance God bless you for your encouragement to continue the Daniel’s fast every year, some of my prayers have been answered thru the Daniel’s fast thank you and May God bless you in all you do to spread the word of God .Thank you.
Susan,
I am getting myself prepared, and have anticipation regarding this upcoming time with the Lord! I have never been much of a “planner” as my life has been more about “survival”. I am in a different place now. Thank you for the marvelous way you break things down to understand and prepare. I appreciate the communications and your encouragement. Thank you for being obedient to the Lord, and helping us! Blessings and Healing – Lisa
Thank you, dear Lisa.
You will find that planning has many benefits. Not only are you physically prepared. But there is a supernatural blessing that takes place in the planning process. Anticipation sparks. Enthusiasm stirs. And hope lights up!
Our God is so very good. The more we turn to Him, the greater and better our lives are.
Be blessed on your fast and thanks again for your loving message.
Susan,
Isn’t it true that you don’t fast on Sunday, the Sabbath? Or is that just during Lent? If you don’t fast on Sundays during the New Year’s fast, then should you add three extra days? Also, why I’d decaffeinated tea not allowed? Of you can eat things that come from seeds, wouldn’t tea be allowed? Even decaffeinated coffee? Just wondering about the rationale. Finally, no vegetable broth?
Waiting to see response to these questions
Allison, during Lent Sundays are not fasting day. However, for the New Year Fast using the Daniel Fast, it’s a 24/7 experience.
The reason decaf tea, or any tea, is not allowed is because it’s not water. The only beverage on the Daniel fast is water.
Vegetable broth is allowed on the fast.
Hi Susan,
What an amazing site…or more appropriately gift from Our Heavenly Father….this must be Spirit led thank you.
I have had 40 years in the wilderness ‘trying’ to make extra money outside of a career. Have found some wonderful teaches on youtube and in book form and somehow was led here. Have learnt so much and I am trying to be Spirit led and discern what my Father wants me to do. I am trying to find out what is keeping me from finding the right path (business wise) and sticking to it. A Daniel fast would certainly help.
THanks for all the great info here Susan….i would like to help local businesses get found online and also help people come to know ‘The Truth’…that will set them free.
God Bless
Shaun
Hi Susan, I am not replying to anyone’s message. I just wanted to thank you for creating this site. You have covered some great topics on the Daniel fast. I just recently came from a women’s spiritual conference. I received some great inspiring Words from God. But I feel my relationship with God is not as strong as it should be. I desire a much deeper relationship with God. I am discouraged with always following what I feel is right instead of seeking God for guidance. I am new to fasting and I was gonna try to do a 3 day fast without food, but as I continued to search for information about fasting I came across this site. I did not know that I needed to prepare myself for the fast before I start it. Thank you so much for this information, I really appreciate it. I will be starting my Daniel fast on July 31, 2017, I am a heavy coffee drinker so I plan on giving my body the 7 days to rid it of caffeine before I start. Again thank you so much and I do desire your prayers as I start this amazing journey.
I pray for my husband and me to lay hands on the sick and see the power of God will move in such a way that the demons, without a doubt will come out and flee, knowing that only Jesus died on the cross for that very person healing. I also pray for a move of God for his bride the church, to believe in such a way that nonbelievers, would want Jesus. I thank God on this fast we will all yield to the Holy Spirit and believe and accept the word of God and our hearts will change and will put on the bond of love on along with his coat of Mercy for others and bless God for his strength to carry this fast out in us with the hope of Glory to Him. We Love you, Susan, may God continue to use you to lead the body of believers and nonbelievers alike to a promise of hope for a better revelation, of God the Father, God the Son God the Holy Spirit – Yahweh- Mekaddishkem -The Lord your sanctifier, EXOD.31-13 Selah
Blessings to you, Betty.
Our Lord is so great and wants to much for the sick to receive their healing and for people to turn to Him for all their needs, especially salvation through His Son.
I hope the best for you as you continue to grow in the love and knowledge of Jesus.
Blessings to you, dear one. Thank you so very much for your message.
What an Awesome reason to Daniel! God wants to heal and already has……at the Cross. with His stripes! He also wants us to be still and listen to His Voice! This fast makes us way more focused on His arms around us!
Been on this many times and always feel joy-filled and so much closer to Jesus! Be blessed so you can be a blessing to so many!
Your message is lovely, Mary. We are so blessed by our Lord. We can put our trust and confidence in Him. Like Jesus said, “Only believe.”
Be blessed on your fast.
Susan – thank you so much for following the Lord into this ministry. I am planning a start date of 2/11/2017, and completing on 3/4/2017. I especially appreciate your article on “hijacking” and am looking forward to just keeping it simple without trying to make delectable goodies using “legal” ingredients. What is the point of fasting if you spend all that time and effort making it more physically comfortable? Seems like you would miss the purpose, growth and rewards. I have done ALL sorts of nutritional manipulations throughout my life for many different reasons, but I am truly focusing on a spiritual purpose with this adventure and am looking forward to coming out on the other side closer to God and more in tune with His purpose for my life. Thank you again for all you do!
Hi Susan
Looking forward the spiritual blessing of the 2019 Daniel fast. I’m anticipating a great breakthrough for everyone.
Thanks
God bless.
Praise God, Zory. God is faithful.
Be blessed on your fast.
I hope this is considered a reply. It’s more of a plea!
I am so very frustrated! I made the decision over a week ago to start this program. I suffer from many physical and emotional issues and I feel like this is the answer to many prayers.
I am frustrated because I have so many simple questions but even with all the emails and other resources, I don’t know where to go to ask my questions. With so many hundreds, probably thousands of people involved in this, I don’t see how my little questions can possible be addressed. I’ve posted a question on the Facebook page and on the blog. How to I go back to find my answers?
My main question is, what is the difference between The Detox and The Fast? I have all the required materials for both but which do I use? I’ve been weaning off coffee and sweetener this week so I can start early next week. Do I eat meat or not? I had read that I should eat only things grown in the grown and only water to drink. Then I watched the webinar and they are talking about grass fed beef, lean chicken, herbal teas and Chickory. Please help!!! I’m so confused! Thank you for any help you can give!
Angie, I’m not sure what you are watching. I teach about the Daniel Fast. Maybe you have watched about The Daniel Plan (which is not a fast at all).
The Daniel Fast is a method of spiritual fasting. Food is not the focus. The purpose of the fast is not a diet or a detox. Those that teach that it is are wrong. The Daniel Fast is a method of spiritual fasting
I hope this helps.
It’s a blessing that I found your website today. I started my fast today and I feel very unprepared for it. It’s the first time for me so I didn’t think about preparing for it in any way but by praying for the Holy Spirit to guide me through it. I wish I’d found your website before and I’d ordered your book of recipes because I don’t really know what I’d be able to eat besides fresh fruit, raw vegetables and vegetable broth, what would you suggest me to add before I can order your book? I excercise and I’m very active person and I didn’t think about that before starting and I’d prefer not to stop and start all over again because I’d probably find excuses to wait until another time. I think I was planning to make my fast more about silencing the world around me -I won’t be watching TV, listening any Christian music (that’s the music I listen to) or using social media- so I can listen the voice of God and know what’s His will for my life as this new year starts unfolding but I feel like abstaining from some food will help me too. Thanks for your kind help and please pray for me to learn the value of fasting. Hope I’ll have your book for my next fasting. God bless you.
Hi Adrianna,
Please look over the blog posts here, including How to Prepare for Your Daniel Fast. You can also join our fasting (click on the right) and receive support and lots of valuable information.
Be blessed on your fast.
hi Susan! i am not diabetic but i am hypoglycemic (sugar can go low if i do not eat sweet) and i prefer to drink juice for that than eating whole fruit. during the fast can i drink the naked green machine smoothie, it is made of greens and fruits but there is one ingredient i am not sure of , natural flavors, is that ok to drink that smoothie while fasting. Also, can i eat malt o meal hot cereal in the morning. it has malted barley, is that ok to eat during fasting. please enlighten. thank you very much Susan.
Anyway, i am starting my fast tomorrow and it is probably a challenge because my husband decide not to fast, , so i have to prepare two kinds of meals everyday. please pray for me.
I forgot to ask can you eat miso soup, adding ginger, garlic and onion?
It all depends on the list of ingredients (not the nutritional analysis) on the food label. If the ingredients in any packaged or prepared food you consider are all plant-based and free of chemicals, sweeteners, and anything artificial, then you are good to go.
Be blessed.
Hi Susan
Is it ok to drink water with pure lemon juice?
Hi this is my first time and I really want to do this right. Can you have whole grain flour (wheat, quinoa, spelt) sunflower oil and flaxseed? Are you also able to eat oatmeal with fruit?
Thank you and I am looking forward to getting closer to God.
Yes, all whole grains and health oils are allowed on the fast.
What kind of peanut butter is allowed and how much sugar in the peanut butter ?
My preferred brand is Adams. The ingredients are peanuts and nuts.
Read the list of ingredients on the label and make sure it’s free of sweeteners and chemicals. You can also make your own peanut butter using the machine now available in most supermarkets and in health food stores.
Be blessed.
Praise God, Just wanted to chime in and say a few positive facts about the fast. The first time i did the fast was last month started December 3rd.
At first i was very apprenhensive. Thought i was going to be uncomfortably starving myself to death. I prepared my grocery list and went shopping, Wow over one hundred dollars , but it turned out I had more than enough food to last all month. Everyday got easier and easier, sometimes I had to ask myself was I realy Fasting. I almost made it the 21 days but had to be put on an antibiotic, so I ended it 3 days early. Today I have made the choice to do it again reason being, during the time of my fasting I began journaling. I discovered God truly loves me and all my prayers were answered. Thank you Father in Heaven. I prayed for him to bring me closer to him in the spiritual realm and he has it was so subtle I hardly noticed it.
I’m on Board, cant wait to see whats in store for me next.
Thanks for your message, Tifany. God is so good. And clearly you experienced the truth in that when we draw near to God He will draw near to us.
Be blessed. So glad you are joining us!
Thank Suzan for the guidance for fasting programme. I am here for the first time and I want to grow in my faith and be closer to the Lord, my life.
Praise God and welcome! So glad you’re here. Great ready for awesome!
Hello Susan,
Life is amazing. Actually God is amazing. I recently stopped my caffeine intake as I experienced insomnia after surgery on Dec 19. I have done the Daniel Fast twice before. I look forward to beginning on Jan 8th as well. God bless you for allowing God to use you in so many ways. This summer, I get back to writing my book. God bless you in 2017. I pray that God astound you this year with his mercy, grace and favor.
Blessings to you, dear one.
I’m blessed that you’re with us! 🙂
I love the fact that you explain and lay everything out. I am fasting again with you on the Daniel fasting. Susan God our father has a very selected a very wonderful person to reach & teach his people how to fast correctly and with a spiritual purpose. Thank you for being obedient to his word. I am all in.
Thank you for this very encouraging message, Sharon.
Words can’t describe the amazing blessing I feel from the Lord for calling me to this work for Him. He truly is the wind beneath my wings and I give Him every ounce of credit for how so many people grow in their faith on the fast.
Be blessed, and thanks again.
I started my fast on the 1st. I’make having a hard time dealing with loneliness and I find watching TV for company. I also feel like I’m cheating but I’m never hungry. Any suggestions?
Hi Kiki,
I encourage you to use the amazing creativity that inside of you (you are made in God’s image) to find ways to address your loneliness. Develop a plan for 2017. Make cookies for friends. Write about your futures and where you want to be in five years. Read some great books. Rework your wardrobe. There are so many things you can do. Seems like the Lord is calling you to go deep. He has treasures for you if you go after them.
Fasting doesn’t mean you have to be hungry. Eating differently with the restrictions provides the “confrontation” to the flesh that we want for a fasting experience.
Be blessed.
Susan, thank you so much for your wisdom in this area! I was so very blessed by your video. I was supposed to start my fast on 1-1-2017 and I had no idea that I needed to prepare myself. Since reading and listening to your information here, I realize that I need to do preparation, so I will try to do this starting 1-7-2017. Please keep me in prayer as I attempt this. I know that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I can sense the love of Christ through your video and your love for what God has given to you! Blessings my sister!
Thank you, Renee. God is so good. I praise Him for giving me this call and for directing me.
I appreciate your encouragement. Good for you to realize you needed to prepare. We live in a ‘now’ society and often don’t prepare and then have mediocre results. So wisdom what in your heart as you made the decision to prepare and then enter into the fast. Be blessed@
Hi I too moved the fast up to Jan 8th as I had not done any prior prep. First let me thank you Susan for all you do for the glory of God and to help me to get closer to my Lord who saved me. Part of my walk has been to understand that the Lord can save me from myself! That self gratification that leads to all sorts of unhealthy behaviors. I am in equal parts both excited and hesitant about tomorrow. I have been cooking all day and making all sorts of things from your book the Daniel cure. I ordered your latest book as well the Daniel fast and should be receiving it next Tuesday. One thing tho.. I made your herb crumbs today on PG 211 of the cure book (which didn’t specify what type of tortilla chips to use )and then just saw your video today about tortilla chips being fried and not being Daniel Fast friendly. The ones I used for the crumbs are tostitos, not sure if fried but it doesn’t say baked anywhere on package.. Gosh! I made all these darn crumbs ( LOL) then stored them and even
used some in your hummus recipe! Am I OK or do I not use these! One other question sorry this is so long but if I get those caffeine withdrawal headaches ( and I have in the past) is it OK to take Advil or do I just grins or grimace and bear it? Thanks for all you do… Laura
Hi Laura. Glad you’re on your way and so good that you chose to prepare. That’s a wise move.
Baked or homemade tortilla chips are allowed on the fast. Not deep fried. Check about the brand you use.
Regarding the caffeine withdrawals. Drink lots of water. Eat foods rich in potassium. Pray. And then if you still have pain, take an OTC medication.
Be blessed on your fast. So glad you’re with us!
TY Susan and thx for the helpful tips. Another 2 questions: can I use more salt on my food than is called for in your recipes,I.e. salt my lentil soup in moderation? #2 Bragg’s Liquid Amino’s takes place of salt/soy but it is fermented is that off list? Thx for all u do…
Praise God & hello Susan. Thanks again for this divine assignment that God has made through you to us. Am joining in the prayer & fasting & I my focus is going deeper with God to strengthen me be a prayer warrior, I have a desire to pray with & for people in my reach & to see their prayer answered effectively. Am also believing God to enable my son make it university for a degree in medicine. May God enable my family & I to witness financial independence as we live a debt free life starting 2017, knowing that debts are not our portion. May God continue to bless, guide & increase you & all the Daniel team
My mother started her Daniel Fasting on Monday 1/2/17 and wanted me to join. I’m familiar with it but just never tried it, so the last couple of days I researched to gain more knowledge. I started today because it’s my brothers birthday who I been praying really hard for. Thank you Susan for a detailed and organized study that has helped me with my first Daniel Fasting. Day 1!
God bless
Blessings to you, Lore!
Lean into God and declare His goodness over your brother.
Glad you’re with us!
I committed to do the Daniel fast in the New Year and my mom sent me your website–how helpful! Thank you for sharing these resources. I am praying the Lord shows me any idols I have hidden in my heart, that I listen more intently as He chooses to speak to me, for wisdom regarding our family plans, and for a financial shift in the next 5 months. The Lord is ever faithful. I am excited to set this block of time apart so that He may be seen more clearly and heard more readily.
Praise God! He is faithful to deliver His promises. Our part is to have faith! Know that you know that you know that you know . . . and His blessings will come to pass.
Great advice as I and others in our fellowship start this coming Sunday.
A small point and I know several of my age suffer from this – is it possible to have the videos without the background piano distracting from the words?
Will let you know how we do and how we discern His blessings.
I usually just use music on the head and the tail. So when you watch those I use for teaching about faith during the Daniel Fast they will be mostly music free.
Be blessed!
Thank you so much Susan for this fast! This will be my ninth year of fasting with you!! Unfortunately, our church has disbanded, but my husband and I are going to still be fasting starting with you on January 8…Praise God! Look forward to hearing from the Lord and relishing in Him everyday!
